WhatsApp Business API
Connect your official WhatsApp Business API account to send templates and manage bulk messaging.Linking a Channel
- Go to More > Channels.
- Select the channel type you want to add.
- Follow the specific connection steps (e.g., QR code scan for WhatsApp).
Channel Settings
Each channel can be configured with:- Auto-responses: Set away messages or greetings.
- AI Assistant: Enable or disable the AI agent for that specific channel.
- Team Access: Control which members can view and reply to messages from this channel.
