Configuration

  • Knowledge Base: Upload documents or provide URLs to train your AI on your specific business data.
  • Personality: Define the tone and style of the AI (e.g., “Professional and helpful” or “Friendly and casual”).
  • Handoff Logic: Set rules for when the AI should hand off the conversation to a human agent.

Deployment

You can enable the AI Assistant globally or for specific channels. It will automatically respond to customer queries using the data in its knowledge base.
